While we are two months shy of the winter holiday season, it’s the perfect time for gamers to make their gift wishes for upgraded console releases and new video games on the market.
The PlayStation Pro will be released on November 7th, and it’s already at the top of many gaming aficionados’ wishlists. So, if you are considering dropping $700 on a new console for yourself or a loved one, let’s ensure it’s the right fit.
Upgrade
The PlayStation 5 has surpassed its predecessors in speed and graphics but greatly lacked download space. It can be cumbersome and frustrating to manage storage space, with top-of-the-line games like Call of Duty and Harry Potter taking up to 90 GB each in a system with only 500 GB built into the PlayStation. While gamers can buy external hard drives and memory, the PlayStation 5 Pro boasts 2TB as a starting point.
The PlayStation 5 Pro vastly improved in graphics, memory, and speed boost. It’s not a vast difference that it could be considered PlayStation 6, but it addresses issues that can often be frustrating. It’s also significantly slimmer but at the cost of a CD drive (which you will have to purchase separately).
Graphically, the Pro has the smoothest frame rates available in console gaming. The PlayStation Pro transforms into a more optimized console experience with AI-enhanced resolution and consistent frame rates.
When the PlayStation 5 was first released, it was one of the most challenging gaming consoles to obtain—along with the Xbox Series X. Perhaps it was due to the COVID-19 pandemic affecting production. Still, it took some over a year to even obtain. For the PlayStation 5 Pro, it may prove to be difficult, but it is not impossible.
Retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart have opened the opportunity to pre-order the console, and slots are already filling up. So, the Spring Creek Sun would recommend for those who know without a shroud of doubt that this is the system for them; then we’d suggest you not wait to try and buy it in the stores for the holiday season since it may be sold out.
