South Korean girl group, ARTMS hit the bookstore before they got on stage earlier this month in preparation for their first world tour Moonshot in Brooklyn on August 16th.

The five-member team consisting of HeeJin, HaSeul, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry—who were once members of LOONA—celebrated their first full length album and their world tour with a singing at Barnes & Nobel Fifth Avenue on August 14th.

Fans put on their angel wings, ARTMS t-shirts, and even brought their light sticks as they excitedly waited on line for a chance to meet their heroes. Each of the young women smiled brightly as they greeted their supporters, many of them thanking the group for their music which has brough solace to them in hard times.

Although the interactions were brief, for several of the fans it was an experience the would always cherish. The K-Pop idols made sure to reciprocate their love for their devotees, offering words of encouragement and appreciation. It is no wonder the group’s motto is:  “We rise together, back to the moon and beyond.”
