Carmen Tang was one of Spring Creek Towers’ (SCT) 2018 Scholarship Winners. Tang graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Web and Mobile Computing and Human Centered Computing where she was named on the Dean’s List for the spring semester of the 2022-2023 academic year.
