On September 26th, the Empire State Building welcomed Middle Earth’s mightiest warriors from Prime Video’s The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power in celebration of the show’s second season.
The event featured the series’ cast including Cynthia Addai-Robinson (Queen-Regent Míriel), Robert Aramayo (Elrond), Charlotte Brändström (Director & Co-Executive Producer), Markella Kavenagh (Elanor ‘Nori’ Brandyfoot), Charlie Vickers (Halbrand & Sauron & Annatar), and Benjamin Walker (High King Gil-galad).
After posing for photos on the building’s grand staircase, the cast climbed to the 102nd floor observatory – to enjoy the city skyline. However, , the beautiful view was obscured by cloud dur to rain.
The second season of The Rings of Power delves into Sauron manipulative role as Annatar ,as he coerces Celebrimbor into crafting rings of power for dwarves and men—all in a ruse to control all of Middle Earth.
The harrowing 8-episode series is available for streaming on Amazon Prime.
