H2: It’s time to Schedule Your Annual Apartment Inspection

Dear Residents of H2

• H2 unit inspections will be conducted October 18, 2021- October 30,2021.
• Please contact the Call Center at (718)240-4646 to schedule your appointment for the Annual Inspection. Scheduled appointment times are:
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Evening hours available on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 and Thursday, October 21, 2021 10:00am – 7:00pm
• Saturday, October 30, 2021 10:00am-2:00pm.
• Each inspection should take approximately 10-20 minutes per apartment.
• It is very important that you schedule an appointment for your annual inspection as it is an occupancy requirement and will need your cooperation.
• Once your Annual Inspection appointment is scheduled, please make sure there is an adult, 18 years or older, to provide access to Apartment Inspector. If you have a service animal, please make sure to keep the animal is on a leash.
