Three judokas of the Starrett Judo Club took first place in the Freedom Cup Tournament on Sunday, November 27th at Salesian High School in New Rochelle, New York. This tournament was sponsored by USA Judo and NYS Judo and was a benefit for Ukraine.
Kelsey Billups, Jackson Billups, and Dominick Bonserio showed off their moves, which allowed them to take first place in the Freedom Cup Tournament.
“The pursuit of excellence is a continuous process through life,” famous quote by Elaine Chao is the direction that Sensei Legros uses to inspire the judokas.
