New York Comic Returns with Action-Packed Fun

New York Comic Con (NYCC) burst through Hell’s Kitchen like an action-packed fight scene from a Marvel’s Universe film featuring cosplaying adventure, celebrity guests, and cutting-edge artwork at the Jacob Javits Convention Center from October 17 to October 18th.

Attendees dressed as the villainous misfits which included Poison Ivy, The Joker and Harley Quinn as they rode the subway cars with maniacal grins, while others donned scariest monster attire ready to blast through the convention doors to purchase limited edition merchandise, meet the best in entertainment and comic book artists.

For four days, over 210,000 guests visited the entertainment mecca to watch panels, get their exclusive NYCC merchandise, and pose for photo opportunities with Elizabeth Olsen, Hayley Atwell, John Boyega, Josh Brolin, Andy Serkis, and Orlando Bloom.

Artist alley was jam-packed with a variety of creators whose work featured DC heroes Batman, Superman, the Flash as well as their villainous counterparts the Joker, Catwoman, the Riddler, Poison Ivy and more.

The best part this year was the sheer number of vendors and exhibitors on the show floor. From Dragon Ball Z, Harry Potter, Dead Pool & Wolverine, and Wicked exhibits to custom jewelry from around the world, there was something for everyone at NYCC.
