Nutrition Lessons with Coach Legros

He is back!!! Coach Legros is back with his nutrition and cooking lessons. This is the perfect time of the year for this because it’s a new year and lots of people make resolutions to eat right. Now you will have an opportunity to act on your New Year’s Resolution.

Starrett Judo Club’s Coach Legros is back with his fun educational, nutritional and cooking lessons. These classes will not only teach your how to prepare easy nutritious meals but, also how to have fun while learning nutritional facts and cooking.

Each week Legros sends out a list of ingredients that will be needed for the week’s lesson so that families have time to go shopping and prepare for the lessons by following Legros’ instructions of peeling, cutting and preparations for the lessons. Within each of the lessons, Legros instills the importance of washing your hands, drying your hands and how each of the spices that he uses and afficionately calls the Legrosspices have many different aspects and are used for different purposes like; antiflamation, and antiseptic, or to open arteries,

So far this year, Coach Legros’ lessons have included Roasted Roots, Roasted Stuffed Bell Peppers, a High Energy Fruit Oat Dessert and this week he will be teaching the class how to make Roasted Asparagus with Small Potatoes and Tomatoes.
