Abe Stark Primary School (PS) 346’s Kindergarten class commemorated their Kinder-garten Stepping-Up Day with a momentous celebration in their auditorium on June 18th.
Donning blue and yellow t-shirts with their theme slogan, “Our Future is Limitless,” the young students waved their hands in the air and exclaimed that they were ready to move on to the next step in their education to staff, family and friends.
In addition to dancing and singing to songs such as “I Know I Can,” “I’m Ready To Go,” and “Ain’t No Stopping Us Now,” the stepping-up ceremony included words of wisdom from past PS 346 alumni Isaiah Coombs and Teanna Williams. Both shared their pride in the kin-dergarten children and promised that the future remains just as bright as the student them-selves.
