Fourteen clients attended the Spring Creek Senior Partners (SCSP) Arts and Crafts Holiday Creativity class. This was held on Thursday, December 7th from 11am to 12:30pm. SCSP’s volunteer, Rafael Viera was the instructor for this class.
In this one-and-a-half-hour class, SCSP’s volunteer, Rafael Viera instructed the clients with making Christmas Ornaments, and felt Christmas shoes. The participants used several materials for their wonderful creations such as: ribbons, plastic figurines, paint and paintbrushes, glitter, glue and felt materials.
“The clients enjoyed making and decorating their own Christmas ornaments. Many of them enjoyed singing along to the Christmas Carols while painting and decorating. The clients were happy to create Christmas memories at Senior Partners,” said Trichna Parris, Spring Creek Senior Partners Coordinator of Volunteers and Special Events.
