The Starrett City Tenant Association (SCTA) held its monthly meeting with residents and management on May 8th in the Brooklyn Sports Club’s (BSC) gymnasium.
For the second time, residents were able to experience the new, interactive forum between SCTA and management where they can meet each department at a specific table and discuss their issues privately. It is management’s hope that any questions or concerns someone has will be addressed on the spot so that assistance could be rendered as swiftly as possible.
Now SCTA meetings with management allow attendees to have direct access to coordinate with representatives from JASA Starrett Senior Center, The Opportunity Hub, Senior Partners, The BSC, as well as Maintenance, Recertification, Billing, Collections, Property Management, Parking, and a general area that assisted with services and inquires.
The next SCTA meeting with management will be on September 11th between 7pm and 9pm at the Brooklyn Sports Club.
