Dear Resident,
Effective April 3, 2024, Spring Creek Towers (AKA Starrett City) will no longer be
accepting applications for the Section 8 Waiting list for all unit sizes and will be
closed until further notice. The opening of the waiting list has been extremely
successful and well received. Thank you for the referrals and continued support.
Any applications received in the P.O. Box after April 3, 2024, will not be accepted
to the waiting list
