Without hesitation, Stacy is quick to perform outside of her expected department while also excelling in sales and member experience. In June, for the opening of our busiest season, she assisted in making sure the front desk was completely supported. Whenever one of her members came to her with issues regarding the club facilities, she didn’t hesitate to put the proper channels in play to make sure the experience of her members didn’t miss a beat. She juggles customer service with facility issues and it shows in her growing membership sales. Her referral game is unmatched. She is consistent in her sales quota. Her performance is only matched by her love for the club and the club’s love for her. For these reasons she is employee of the month for June.
