Dear Resident,
Beginning on Monday September 26th, IAQ Champs will begin cleaning and improvement work to the exhaust systems in Building H7.
This project is an improvement to indoor air quality and fire safety for the residents of Spring Creek Towers. With your cooperation, this project will ensure that this mechanical system is properly balanced and eliminate any bathroom airflow issues for all residents in this building.
- Between 9/26 and 9/29, technicians from IAQ Champs will begin knocking on doors during work hours to install new bathroom exhaust registers and air dampers.
- If you would like an appointment for this work, please call 718-240-4646 or email [email protected] with your name and address.
- Please have your bathroom countertop cleared so there is room for the technician to work.
- Do not remove the plastic cover until 10/4.
After all the exhaust grills have been installed in the apartment bathrooms, IAQ will clean and spray seal the inside of the vertical exhaust shaft from the ground floor to the roof level.
If you do not provide access to your apartment between these dates, dust may blow back into your bathroom
