Dear residents of G6,
The FDNY shut gas to the entire building. In order to restore service, we MUST get into every unit to conduct required repairs. These repairs will begin tomorrow morning with staff knocking on unit doors to get access.
Gas cannot be restored until we gain access to every unit to make the repairs.
Your laundry room will also be closed while the repairs are taking place. We ask you use the laundry room in G5. A public safety officer will be stationed at the G5 lobby to provide you access. Please bring your resident ID card or another form of ID with your building address.
Heat and hot water will not be interrupted while this work is underway.
We understand this is a difficult situation for you and your family so we have arranged to loan all residents hot plates for cooking until National Grid completes the repairs.
If you would like for us to deliver a hot plate to your apartment, please call us at 718-240-4646. We will post notices in your building when the repairs are completed.
