Residents of G10:
IAQ Champs will begin cleaning and upgrade work to the bathroom exhaust systems in Building G10. This project is an improvement to indoor air quality and fire safety for the residents of Spring Creek Towers. This project will ensure that this mechanical system is properly balanced and eliminate any bathroom airflow issues for all residents of this building.

Technicians from IAQ Champs will follow this daily schedule during work hours to install new bathroom exhaust registers and air dampers:
- Please have your bathroom countertop cleared so there is room for the technician to work.
- Do not remove the plastic cover until 12/14.

After all the exhaust grills have been installed in the apartment bathrooms, IAQ will clean and spray seal the inside of the vertical exhaust shaft from the ground floor to the roof level.
If you do not provide access to your apartment, dust may blow back into your bathroom.
