JULY IS MINORITY MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH
National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, is observed each July to bring awareness to the challenges that some racial and ethnic minority groups face regarding mental health.
Mental Health is just as important as physical health at all stages of life. Symptoms of Mental Health are present in 1 out of 5 older adults. Mental Health is treatable and often preventable.
Spring Creek Senior Partners will be expanding mental health care for the older adults residing in Spring Creek Towers by connecting anyone seeking mental health services with a licensed clinical social worker.
