H4 Annual Unit Inspections 

Dear Residents of H4 

H4 Annual Unit Inspections will occur March 27, 2023 – March 31, 2023 

Our Apartment Inspector Hakeem Johnson will conduct these unit inspections by knocking on all doors. 

Floor and Date schedule as follows: 

17th through 14th floors on March 27 

13th through 10th floors on March 28 

9th through 6th floors on March 30 

5th through 1st floors on March 31 

In the event you are unavailable during the above schedule please contact the Call Center at 718-240-4646 to schedule your appointment for the Annual Inspection. 

Scheduled appointment times are: 

  • • Monday and Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm 
  • • Evening hours available on Tuesdays and Thursday between 9:00am – 7:00pm 
  • Saturday hours are 10-1 on April 1 

Generally, an inspection should take approximately 10-20 minutes per apartment. 

As an occupancy requirement it is mandatory that you complete your annual inspection. 

Once your Annual Inspection appointment is scheduled, please make certain a responsible adult over age 18 years old is able to provide access. If you have a service animal, please make sure to keep the animal is leashed. Please ensure all bedroom doors and closet doors are open at time of inspection.

G4 Laundry Room Emergency Repairs

Emergency Service Interruption
Attention Residents of G4 Building:
Due to an emergency repair needed, the laundry room is temporarily shut down until further notice.

We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation
as we make these repairs.

Smoke Detector/Carbon Monoxide Regulations


Attention All Residents:
NYC Housing Preservation Dept states:
Tenants are responsible for maintaining both devices:
• Test all carbon monoxide and smoke detectors at least once a month.
• Replace the batteries (only the recommended type) in carbon monoxide and
smoke detectors at least twice a year.
• Listen for an alarm sound when the battery is low, and replace the battery
immediately.
• Never paint over detector
Tenants are responsible for replacing a detector which has been stolen, removed,
missing, or rendered inoperable during occupancy:
• Tenants who live in a Class A building (permanent occupancy) must reimburse
the building owner $25 for each smoke detector and each carbon monoxide
detector, or $50 for each joint smoke/carbon monoxide detector that is newly
installed or installed as a result of the occupant’s failure to maintain the detector,
or where the detector has been lost or damaged by the occupant. The occupant
has one year from the date of installation to make a payment.
• Tenants who live in class B buildings (transient use) are not required to reimburse
property owners for either device.
• Tenants in private dwellings (1-2 family homes) must reimburse the building
owner $25 for each carbon monoxide detector that is newly installed or installed
as a result of the occupant’s failure to maintain the detector, or where the detector
has been lost or damaged by the occupant. The occupant has one year from the
date of installation to make a payment.
You will not incur a replacement charge if Maintenance or Management finds the smoke
detector/carbon monoxide faulty. Please contact our Call Center at 718-240-4646 for

Tuesday, March 28th, between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
As a precaution we recommend powering off sensitive electrical
equipment prior to 4:00 AM.
Each elevator will be recalled to the first floor prior to work
beginning.

Please note that elevator Cab A will be unavailable from Thursday
3/30/23 through Friday 3/31/23 due to maintenance. Cab B will remain
in service throughout.

Attention Residents of C6 building
Due to an emergency repair needed the laundry
room will be shut down until further notice while
repairs are in progress. We anticipate the laundry
room will be re-opened before end of day.
We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation
as we make these repairs.
