On Thursday, June 22nd Abe Stark Primary School (PS 346) held their fifth grade graduation ceremony. As the students embark on the end of their elementary school years this symbolizes a new beginning for them, as they will start middle school in the fall.

PS 346’s auditorium was filled with decorations, yellow and blue balloons (PS 346’s school colors), and families of the soon to be graduates. After the graduates entered, everyone stood for the Pledge of Allegiance and the students sang “Lift Every Voice and Sing.” Principal Edwards gave a welcoming speech to everyone in attendance, which was followed by a vocal performance of “Rise Up” from The Class of 2023. Assistant Principal Ms. Palmer gave an inspiring speech to the fifth graders and then she and Ms. Morales together presented the class awards to the recipients in the class of 2023.
