Snow Storm Alert

To All Spring Creek Towers Residents,

With the snow season quickly approaching we wanted to send out a reminder how snow removal will be prioritized. Below is a guideline how the snow is removed and best path to use if you need to travel.

Do not park in the building driveways – YOU WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE!

  • Parking in the driveway leads to maintenance staff unable to clear snow properly for emergency vehicles and residents to pass.

Our maintenance team will begin the cleaning process as soon as snow begins to accumulate. To address the high traffic areas first, we are prioritizing the snow removal as follows:

  • Primary area
    • High traffic main sidewalks (Pennsylvania Ave, Louisiana Ave, Van Siclen Ave, Seaview Ave, Vandalia Ave, Schroeder Ave & 8 Loops)
    • Building front entrances (When entering or exiting the building use front entrances as primary access)
  • Secondary area
    • Garage entrances
    • Parking lots (Shopping Center & Brooklyn Sports Club)
    • Building back entrances and asphalt walk ways
  • Tertiary area
    • Garage rooftops – we will not be digging out cars

If high winds are predicted, please secure any items left on your balcony.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation & stay safe
