A permanent vaccine site is coming to Spring Creek Towers in partnership with Cityblock Health. Beginning March 18th, eligible New Yorkers can get vaccinated right here in our own community.
The vaccination site is located at 1310 Pennsylvania Avenue (right next to the post office). It will be open seven days for the next several months, until further notice.
The site will be operated by Cityblock Health, a local community health provider, and will be administering the Pfizer vaccine.
We encourage all residents to make an appointment as soon as they are eligible by New York State guidelines. We know scheduling appointments has been difficult, but we are taking several steps to make this process easy for residents of Spring Creek Tower.
We are able to “set aside” 50% of all doses administered from this location for our eligible residents. We hope this means scheduling will be easier. You can sign up for one of these reserved appointments by:
- Calling us at 718-240-4646 from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Visiting us in-person at 1310 Pennsylvania Avenue (1st floor) from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, seven days a week.
If our allotted vaccines/time slots are not reserved by 5:00 pm the day prior, they will be released back to the general vaccine sign up to ensure every vaccine is used.
