Devorah Fong, the Director of Public Affairs and Community Relations, will be retiring after 34+ years of service at Spring Creek Towers. Her years of dedication and support will be sorely missed by staff and the community. We wish her well in her future endeavors and we thank her for being the voice of the SCT community.
