Love Your Benefits: Meet Your Case Manager

Join us for a welcoming, drop-in case management workshop designed to help residents better understand and manage their public benefits and overall organization. This session provides an opportunity to meet the Case Manager, ask questions, and receive guidance on more common topics such as navigating HRA accounts, understanding notices, recertifications, housing-related concerns, and in person document folder building . Participants may also bring documents or mail they need help organizing . The goal of this event is to increase confidence, access to resources, and follow-through with benefits and case management services in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
